Rachael Harvey

Rachael has worked as an estate agent for the last 14 years covering Cowes, Newport and has been the face of Fox Property (formerly Fox & sons) in Ryde for nearly 10 years.

Rachael has now found a home of her own and brings drive, determination and professionalism and local knowledge to the team.

 

Hugh Stephens

Hugh is also a name you might recognise; he has 12 years experience as an estate agent. He started at Sir Francis Pittis in Shanklin before moving to Fox & sons where he spent 5 years in senior negotiator and assistant manager roles. Hugh then moved to London and until recently managed the successful and prominent Barnard Marcus office in Putney.

Hugh is now pleased to be moving back home having maintained strong links with the island during his time away and brings with him both experience and enthusiasm.

 

Brett Gillingham

Brett has had 28 years of experience as an estate agent, starting in 1975 with a company that he stayed with for 21 years progressing his career up the managerial ladder in South West London. Brett has worked with Hugh for the past 7 years and formed a strong working relationship.

Having been reintroduced to the island 3 years ago Brett has developed strong links and he purchased his new home 2 years ago in Ryde which he has been lovingly restoring. Brett is finally in a position to give up the rush of London to make the Isle of Wight his new permanent home.
